Orders

We aim to process orders within 1-3 business days from receipt of payment. Once processed, we'll dispatch your order and you'll receive an email to confirm your order is on its way.

Yes, all orders are tracked and we will send your tracking number to you in an email. (Make sure to check your spam folder just in case).

Shipping

We currently ship within New Zealand only. All orders are tracked and shipped from Auckland, New Zealand using New Zealand Post.

We are looking into shipping outside of New Zealand however shipping costs are prohibitive due to Covid19 restraints. If you would like a quote for shipping, please contact us.

We have a flat rate for shipping:

- Standard delivery = NZ$6.00

- Rural delivery = NZ$10.00

We do not ship to PO Boxes.

We ship Monday to Friday only. Once dispatched, please allow 1-3 business days for standard delivery, and 2-4 business days for rural delivery.

NOTE: During peak times, and in the event of COVID19 restrictions, significant delays may occur.

Rural Delivery - If you live at a rural address, you will need to select the RURAL DELIVERY option. This is most clearly identified as RD and a number eg RD1.

Standard Delivery - Standard delivery is classified as all other addresses that fall outside of the rural delivery classification.

If the incorrect shipping fee has been selected, we'll cancel your order and let you know.

Returns

Please inspect your order upon receipt and message us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.  Please get in touch with us through the Contact Us page.

We offer free replacements for customers that experience faulty items, given that we are notified within 7 days of you receiving your order. These are considered on a case by case basis. For faulty items please get in touch with us through the Contact Us form. Tracy Maniapoto reserves the right to refuse a replacement if we deem the fault to be disingenuous or caused by the receiver.

We do not offer a refund or replacement for any item where you have changed your mind or if there is a change in your circumstance.

We do not offer a refund or replacement for sale items unless faulty.

Pre-order and made-to-order items help us to manage our business more cost-efficiently and minimises our impact on Papatūānuku.

Due to this, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange unless the item is faulty. If the item is faulty, please contact us to arrange the return of the item.

Care instructions

To ensure the lasting quality of your jewellery items, avoid direct contact with water, moisturisers, and perfumes. For best care, remove jewellery before sleeping.

Materials

JEWELLERY
We use a range of materials in creating our jewellery including acrylics, bamboo and recycled kauri (native wood). Our jewellery hooks and posts are stainless steel and we include rubber stoppers with every pair to ensure your earrings stay in place.

SUNGLASSES
Our sunglasses are a premium range featuring polycarbonate frame and arms. Fitted with CE standard 100% UV 400 lenses providing UVA and UVB protection.

TOTES
Our totes are made using 100% AS colour cotton canvas. Totes feature reinforced shoulder straps with one compartment. Mid weight, 320gsm. 420mm x 420mm.
